Booking The basic program charge is $45.00. Programs run 25-30 minutes, the right attention span for most audiences. Storytelling is very rewarding when done properly, but it involves many hours of preparation. There is a lot of background reading, creative thought, and rehearsal time required. Preparation for a program is essential to make it interesting and factual. My basic fee applies to the greater Columbus, Ohio area within a 20 mile radius of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Beyond that is a charge .45 cents per mile. (Please add $30.00 for an hour performance or a second performance on the same day. After we have our preliminary discussion, I will send you a confirmation letter to put in writing what we agreed upon. This will serve as our contract. Payment is due after the performance unless other arrangements are made. A few days before the program, I'll call to set up final arrangements, get directions etc. I'll arrive early on the appointed day and stay around afterward to meet as many of your group as I can.
